HY-LINE Computer components presents, in combination with the all new Protected SAW Touch technology, the solution for accoutistc surface wave touchscreen applications in extreme environments.

Earlier integrations were difficult due to the required accoustic transmittance of the insulation material, this is now a thing of the past. These touchscreens comply with IP65 standards which mean they are protected from dust and water spray.

SAW Technology, also known as Surface Wave technology, is considered to be the optical standard for touchscreens. Their construction from pure glass offers excellent optics and robbust mechanics with the scratch resistance of a glass surface. Physical deterioration of these touchscreen is virtually  impossible.
SAW-Touchscreens are often installed in Information, Kiosk, Slot Machine and Office Automation applications.
